A former Vice President of Business Innovation at PepsiCo, he combines corporate leadership with entrepreneurial experience in consumer products and digital ventures. He created and led PepsiCo’s innovative brand and venture behind the first functional beverage pod platform, taking it from concept to commercialization. He later expanded the platform into Gatorade Gx Pods. His expertise spans innovation strategy, brand and product development, business models, and go-to-market planning. An inventor with more than 60 patents and publications globally, Hernan brings a practical understanding of how to turn new ideas into viable businesses.
